🚫 We opened up the museum to the public this weekend! It was an amazing experience. Dozens of people came, and every one wanted to have a long conversation. My throat is sore from talking for hours and hours on end. (I don't know how you lecturers do it!) To my surprise, it was mostly complete strangers who just loved the concept. So many great ideas for the future, generated by our visitors. Now seems like a good time to alert everyone to our Patreon page, where you can donate to our museum to help us keep the doors open, and implement some of those ideas 😀 If you're into what we're doing, go to patreon.com/bannedbooksmuseum. In exchange for the donation, you get access to our podcast series, book club, and invitations to events starting in January. Direct support keeps us from being totally dependent on grants, loans, hackathon prizes, etc., so if our mission resonates with you, please come to the museum at Munga 2 in Tallinn on Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 11am-6pm, and support us on Patreon! 🚫
