Hi, We are students at Tallinn University who wants to register a company and an NGO in Tallinn, to start our project work as earliest possible. Looking for your suggestion :
What's the registration process for a new company and an NGO? What will be the estimated cost for registering both, individually with different names?
What's the difference between registering a normal company and an OU company.
What are the basic criteria and documents required for both cases?
Can we avail any benefit from the university (Tallinn University) or from the government, while registration a company /NGO on the grounds of my current studies, or any benefit of being a student?
All your suggestions will be appreciable.
Its a very easy online process if you have a residency card. I registered an NPO in August, took about two hours once we had our documents together (for which there are plenty of online resources). As an NPO you can offer tax benefits to your donors after a six month waiting period.
@Katri-Liis Lepik can you answer the questions?
