My name is Lucas de Bont and I am Dutch :) After my master in organizational change at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, I worked for a consultancy firm in which I was asked to redesign fundraising systems for large NGOs in the Netherlands. During this time I fell in love with the more social side of business, and the positive impact it can make on society. This passion brought me to the SEMA, which I want to use to further bring my ideas into fruition. But I am sure we will have plenty of time to talk about that in the upcoming weeks ;)
