I am a 37-year-old social enterprise developer, socio-economic researcher and associate professor from Hungary. Throughout my career, I have used numerous different training and research methods to provide better opportunities for low-income rural families (mainly Roma families) in Hungary.
My main goal was always to work together with the community from idea creation till business management. I think that social enterprise development is one of the most successful tool to create empowerment!
Right now, I am working with social enterprises that provide sustainable social and also economic solution for the lack of basic infrastructures. Thus, we created transport and food provide enterprises locally.
As an academic I focus on financial survival strategies, networks and liquidity management of low-income rural families and also develop different courses to teach social enterprise development for university students.
