Gejja Women Foundation is an organization that envisions a generation where women are socially and economically empowered so that they can stand up for their rights.

We have the Gejja seed loan where we work with passionate female farmers in rural Uganda where we provide them with good quality seeds, training on better techniques of farming as well as support in finding a market for the products.

Students supporting CREART within the framework of the SEIP University Cooperation Program:

I am Andra Dumitru, currently a student of the Business Administration Faculty at ASE, Bucharest.
I am an open-minded, pragmatic, optimistic, and curious person.
My working experience taught me that we
should never forget who we are and how important the human factor is in everything that we do.

Matei Dumitrescu - Currently undergoing an internship at the United States Embassy of Bucharest; interested in language exchange, business affairs, politics with a focus on the Middle East

My name is Nadine Joy, I'm 23 from London and I would like to express my interest in the SEIP programme (The Social Entrepreneurship Incubation Program ).
It provides students with practice opportunities in business/project development working directly with social entrepreneurs and purpose-driven companies in different countries.
I have always had interests in business development, coming from a background in music business management and advertising marketing.
I developed my passion and online marketing during my study abroad programme, working in small start-up groups, pitching ideas, presenting business ideas to our class and small businesses.
This resulted in me getting a real surfaced level experience in most marketing channels.
Now, I would like to deep dive and gain advanced know-how by attending the programme .

Today is World Menstruation Day and we have come up with a layout design for the Gejja Women Foundation that they can use to print a series of flyers for their awareness campaign!
As most of the women from Gejja don't speak English, we also created a version of the Guide Book in their local language with the help of someone from the foundation. We aim for a better and easier understanding of the subject.
My team and I worked on a mind map that we will use as a starting point for our fundraising campaign that the Gejja Women Foundation need in order to build a green house
Here is a sustainability strategy I've developped while trying to come up with a way to integrate the Gejja Women foundation in the global effort to reducing the environmental impact and increasing production processes efficiency
Great work!
