Hi all!
Glad to share with you our next meeting with people with disabilities!
On September 26, SuperAble met with women with disabilities as a part of the event jointly organized by one of our partners - Tallinn and Harju County Association of Disabled Women (THPNU).

As a speaker of the event, and founder of SuperAble, I gave a speech about SuperAble and its activities, as well as, answered the questions.

Participants of the event were mainly people who know only Estonian or Russian languages. So here my Russian lent a hand😎 I prepared the presentation in Russian, spoke and answered the questions in Russian and the lady from the organization translated to Estonian.

Participants showed an interest to the project. Even after the discussions, during the coffee break and at the end women with disabilities approached us and expressed their interest to SuperAble and told they would like to join our webinars, trainings. We exchanged our contacts.

During the discussions, some of them asked whether all the services ( trainings, webinars, and recruitment assistance and etc) offered by us, are free for people with disabilities or not ? So far they have believed and experienced that if you join any training, workshop or apply to any recruitment service you have to pay, it can’t be free. Once they were told that all above mentioned services will be free of charge for them, they got happier and smile appeared on their faces.

These meetings are very crucial and useful to reach our target group and establish close and trustworthy relations with them. Because their trust to us and what we are doing is very pivotal for our activities and future growth. We are planning to organize further events with people with disabilities and get to know our beneficiary group members closely and promote our project among them.
Great job Malahat :) I am very glad to see that you started to build up your community in Estonia.
I look forward to joining. :)
😊
Congratulations, Malahat.
Keep pushing!~
