Introducing Our New Policy for the Basic Tier Program

Dear Social Entrepreneurs,

We have some exciting news to share with you today! At the Social Entrepreneurship Incubation Program (SEIP), we constantly strive to improve our programs and ensure the highest level of engagement and commitment from our participants. In line with this goal, we would like to introduce our new policy for the Basic Tier program.

We understand the importance of providing accessible resources and support to aspiring social entrepreneurs like yourself. However, we have encountered challenges with participants registering for the program but not actively engaging or starting the journey. We have implemented a new no-show policy to address this issue and create a more dedicated community.

Our New Policy for the Basic Tier Program

Here's how our new policy works:

Prompt Communication: Once you register for the Basic Tier program, we will immediately redirect you to a page where you can find all the necessary instructions and start the program immediately. It's important to note that our emails may occasionally land in spam folders, particularly with email systems like Gmail. Therefore, taking action on our platform and creating a proper registration profile ensures you receive our messages.

Three-Day Response Window: We kindly request your active engagement and communication within the three-day response window. During this period, we will make four consecutive efforts to contact you. We will send emails from three different addresses to reach you and provide any necessary assistance. Rest assured. We are here to support you every step of the way.

Cancellation and Registration Removal: If we do not receive any communication from you within the three-day window, we will consider it a sign of cancellation. We will remove your registration from the Basic Tier program in such cases.

Please note that once you have been cancelled from the Basic Tier program, you cannot register again. However, we warmly invite you to explore our paid Plans in the future, as they offer even more personalized support and guidance at incredibly affordable prices.

We understand that the introduction of fees may raise some questions, so we would like to clarify our reasoning. The main purpose of asking for a fee is to ensure a higher level of commitment and engagement from participants. It helps us allocate resources effectively and invest our mentors' valuable time with those dedicated to their personal and entrepreneurial growth.

We genuinely believe in the potential of each participant and want to ensure that our valuable resources and mentors' time are invested in those who are committed to their social enterprise journey.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We are thrilled to have you on board and look forward to accompanying you on this exciting journey of social entrepreneurship!
