Jackson has more than 20 years of regional experience working in multiple leadership roles. Started as engineer in industrial automation, Jackson gained experience in other sectors such as power generation and distribution, energy management and sustainable development. He also has great understanding of multi-national companies’ culture from his past career with Japanese, USA and European organizations.
With diverse work experience in sales, marketing, services, engineering, project management, logistics, quality and customer care functions, Jackson brings with him full insight of entire company operation and is able to integrate different functions together. He has also started new businesses within the organizations he worked for over the past 10 years and understand the challenges of start-ups.
