Michaela is a UX/UI designer with a background in psychology, research, recruitment, design, art therapy and arts. She has a BA in psychology and is currently acquiring her MSc in Human-Computer Interaction. Her main interest is UX research and getting to the root of the problem as well as helping starting teams to dig deeper to meet their users needs. Michaela also has diverse experience in recruitment and knows how to build a good team.
