SEIP Saturdays - Business Model Canvas
In this working session, you can get feedback on your existing business model or create your first one with us.
Business Model Canvas is one of the most effective ways to summarize your business in an easy-to-read way. Most incubation and acceleration programs require your Canvas as a starting point, and your decision about acceptance will be based on your ability to summarize your strategy.
It is a 90 minutes event that will take place on the 13th of August, 01:00 PM (EEST).
Having a Business Canvas helps you and your team see your strategy clearly. Whatever steps you take in your development journey, you will always be able to refer back to the Canvas seeing the big picture and connecting your current actions with your strategic goals.
With the help of our experts, at the end of the session, you will be confident about your business strategy, and you also will be able to present it.
Criteria for participation:
You are a social entrepreneur or wanna be a social entrepreneur.
You submitted to us your preliminary strategy before the session.
You come with enthusiasm and a read-to-work mindset.
Stable internet connection for a video call where your camera is on, and you can speak. (please no black screen and noisy background)
The session is a hands-on practical exercise that requires active participation!
