Currently I am head on Estonian Social Enterprise Network and my aim is to use the space of this incubation programme to develop the business side of ESEN, the umbrella organisation in Estonia. Since the desire behind the decision is to be a sustainable NGO, which can be a role model for other social enterprises as well, I am looking forward to developing the idea further. Aside work, I spend time with my tomatoe plants and a cat - I love microgreens and feel great around animals, human animals as well. : )
My background is versatile: customer service, management, recruitment, marketing, employer branding, English language and teaching.
I used to travel much and have worked together on various projects with persons from over 25 different countries. Travelling and discovering global creativity was my passion in my 20s, now I envision and look forward to activites that will contribute into making Estonian peoples the happiest people in the world - I believe we can improve our position on the global happiness index through social entrepreneurship. Let's test my hypothesis and see how it goes.
Welcome @Helen! 🙂
Hello and welcome to the forum, @Helen Mikkov :)
Dear Helen, it is great to read your post about ESEN and your own experiences. Do you think there are people with disabilities in your organisation who are social entrepreneurs? It would be very motivating to get to know them and their path to becoming a social entrepreneur.
Wow, warmest welcome to the Forum @Helen!
