We are happy to announce the start of SEIP Netherlands. Being inspired by the strong start of SEIP Ireland we decided to open local branches in different countries. SEIP Netherlands is led by @Leendert de Bell:
Dr. Leendert de Bell is professor of sustainable labor participation of refugees at University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and is academic staff member at Utrecht University Centre for Entrepreneurship, where he teaches on (social) entrepreneurship in various Master's programs. He holds a PhD in International Development Studies at Utrecht University and has extensive international experience in research, higher education, and international cooperation in Europe, Latin America and (East) Africa. His current research focuses on social entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on work-integration social enterprises (WISEs), entrepreneurial ecosystem development, in particular in emerging markets, and sustainable labor participation of refugees. He is available for (skills) mentoring, (guest) seminars and workshops, (international) consultancies and (multidisciplinary) research projects.

SEIP Netherlands offers Dutch social entrepreneurs
- an international forum to discuss ideas, shares issues with fellow SEs from across the world,
- connect with proven SE mentors to help you,
- events and opportunity to organise events with other international SEs
I'm so happy to see the new SEIP in Netherlands, something that i'm happy about is the support offered to youth of all kind, and mostly marginalized refugees. I'm so crazy in love with social entrepreneurship because i believe it being the solution to challenges of African and all continents. I'm so proud to have become one of the SEIP members, together we are able to transform challenges into opportunities for a better world where everyone thrives.
