Dear all,
I have been experimenting with using a Google spreadsheet to manage Digital Expenditure. This spreadsheet was inspired by the Digital Doubts webinar, and currently the currency conversion is from USD to Euros and Rupees.
I actually tested this tool out with a client and we were shocked to discover how much was being spent on digital services that were not strictly necessary at this point. For example, paying 11 dollars for web hosting when the website is a
simple, B2B website barely averaging a 100 unique visitors per month.
I would love, love some feedback from all of you about how to improve this tool. Here is the Google Docs link. I can also upload the xlxs, csv, ods.

@Jodee tested with social enterprise/non profit. Keeping a strict budget makes you more motivated to find a cost-effective solution. It helps to prioritise as well. So we have decided in this case to hire a designer and pay them what we might have paid to a web host. My opinion, a business that is "social" in its means as well as its ends would always prioritise giving work to independent contractors (especially in these financially perilous times) over paying established organisations. I see this as a starting point for automation creating jobs instead of replacing jobs. @Zsolt Bugarszki I will try to create a demo video (based on a use case) for how it could be used.
