Dear friends,
I would like to share our project with you and get your thoughts on it. Firstly, I want to give a brief description about the project: People with disabilities face several drawbacks in their daily lives. Majority of them are financially dependent from their family and state assistance. So I decided to create a platform helping them to show their skills and get access to the labor market. Through SuperAble platform IT skilled people with disabilities will be able to find a job. They need just to sign up our website and apply for jobs uploaded on our platform. Furthermore, we are planning to organize free online IT trainings for people with disabilities who want to learn IT skills but do not have opportunity.
You are more than welcome to share your views and feedback on our project and website, accordingly😊

@Malahat Nuruyeva After our ZOOM meeting, in another thread, there was a discussion on finding social entrepreneur with a disability > https://www.seincubation.com/forum/main/comment/5ed1e78d48be1c001748d865
Great Malahat, check both your calendar and mine, and we should ZOOM soon and I have some ideas for you. Meanwhile a nice Case Study (sent in PM) for you and Iszuru to have a look too
Dear @Malahat, have you thought about which are some visuals to help you on social media? What copy(writing) works best? Which visual elements appeals? I see that you are ready with a Website. Do you plan to design a Form to encourage sign ups? I believe you will be very challenged with all the disabilities fields being covered. Web content accessibility is one important consideration, https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/ this is one important step to INCLUSION.
You may involve first those HR experts who are already participating in diversity management activities, disability management projects. What do you think?
Yes, organise and conduct training webinars, or you could invite large MNCs' HR to guest speak at your 'mini e-Workshops', be active on LinkedIn to find them?
I really like the idea to open the platform and make a community later with meetings. Have you considered to make trainings about job hunting techniques? Or offer a few article for employers about the grants that they can enlist if they employ disabled people? Later maybe you can share a succes story with updates every now and then on your platform. :)
I think training people in IT skills is a really good idea in a post-coronavirus world, where tech companies are right now exploring work-from-home possibilities. People with disabilities that prevent them from leaving the home could potentially work from home through your training and access that market. Perhaps state support would be available for such an enterprise, since you are moving people off state dependency.
Dear @Malahat Nuruyeva , with @Anikó Sándor we love that your focus on abilities and not disabilities. The name of your project perfectly expresses this aspect. May we ask, within groups of people with disabilities, who are the ones you are waiting to apply for? Will you primarily support people with physical challenges, or others be connected through accessible surfaces?
Dear @Ashley Misleh
Thank you for your questions :) For now we are focused on solely IT field and jobs related with this field. Perhaps, in future we will expand our activities and cover some other fields as well. People with IT skills can easily apply for jobs by themselves or via other recruitment companaies and be hired without our assistance. (As you know, there is a high demand for IT employees) But through our platform they get support, and more confidence that they won't be ignored over their disability. As we will be in corporation with these companies which are ready and welcome to hire them. Moreover, we are not just a recruitment company, but platform targetting to support and help them to tackle with drawbacks. We will have free trainings, Forum and organize events, meetings to maintain their social lives as well.
Great! I see that you have a job search field. 1.Will you be pulling in the data from other employment engines or would it be a more tailored approach? 2. What would your hope be for why someone would choose your website to apply for jobs over others?
I like that you narrowed down your idea to IT skills!
